摘    要:本文报导了532nm激光对光学薄膜的激光损伤和多脉冲损伤的积累效应,研究了激光预辐照对光学薄膜损伤阈值的影响.

Abstract:The laser damage threshold of optical film and the accumulation effect of multi pulsed laser damage to optical film at 532nm are summarized in this paper.In the experimental research,the various optical film are used to detect the damage threshold under the condition of single pulse or multi pulse radiation.Meanwhile,the effect of laser pre irradiation on damage threshold of the optical films are investigated.
