小井眼水平井钻井技术在卡塔尔杜汉油田的首次应用

摘    要:杜汉油田是卡塔尔主要的陆上油田,该油田全部采用水平井钻井技术开发油藏,水平位移在1200-1600m之间,水平段长度在800-1600m之间,一般采用(?)152.4或(?)155.6井眼,若发生井下复杂情况或井下事故,需要采用(?)95.3或井眼更小的水平井钻井技术进行施工。文中以DK-353B井为例详细探讨了胜利定向井公司打入卡塔尔市场以来形成的一整套小井眼水平井设计、施工方法,特别是目前完成的DK-353B井,是杜汉油田开发七十多年来所完成的第一口超小井跟水平井。

Abstract:Dukhan oilfield is the major onshore oilfield in Qatar. All payzone are developed by using horizontal drilling technology, the horizontal displacement of horizontal well is form 1200m to 1600m , the lengthen of horizontal section is from 800m to 1600m and the hole size is 152.4mm or 155.6mm in the oilfield. When the downhole accident is happened, it would be operated by using horizontal drilling technology in 95. 3mm or less than hole size. Well DK - 353B is the first super - slim horizontal well drilled since the Dukhan oilfield was developed. For the well has longer horizontal section, large variation range on vertical depth, and many target point, the requirement of hole trajectory control is very high. Taken well DK - 353 B as example, the article presents a series of planning and operation method of super - slim horizontal well.
