So , our country bring forward the strategic decision about how to enhance the ability of freedom and innovation ,and consult innovate country. We should learn the successful experience of the world new technology revolution in setting down goal,cultivating environment and changing main part of technology revolution to promote our country technology revolution into a new stage. |
