| 摘 要： | 根据等效硫化理论,由橡胶硫化效应计算出等效硫化时间.在此基础上,开发一套用于控制橡胶硫化的集散控制系统,可根据温度的变化,不断调整硫化时间,从而达到最佳硫化效果.该控制系统用一台工控机作为上位机,实现控制算法并监视全部硫化系统的工作状态;下位机使用可编程控制器(PLC),执行硫化操作过程;实现对硫化过程等效控制的目的.

| Abstract: | The rubber equipment time was worked out based on the theory of equipment vulcanization effect in this paper.According to the calculation result,a computer control system of rubber sulphurizing was developed,which can adjust sulphurizing time with temperature variety,finally getting optimum production.This system is made of Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).IPC implements control algorithm and monitors system working situation.PLC performs manipulation of vulcanization.At last,rubber production equivalent vulcanization control is realized. |
