| 摘 要： | 根据工程项目成本管理的相关理念,从事前控制预测、事中控制调整以及事后控制的总结改进三方面分析了工程项目的成本控制,指出应正确处理工期、质量与成本的关系,以达到降低成本的目的。

| Abstract: | According to the concepts related to cost management of engineering project,from three aspects: beforehand control and prediction,processing control and adjustment and post-action control cost control of engineering projects is analyzed.Author points out that relationships among limit time,quality and cost should be well treated to reduce engineering cost. |
