| Abstract: | The paper analyses forming reasons and concrete harms of the inner-decaying village,and studies the ways and measures that new village planning should take.It is hope that will have optimization about economic efficiency,social efficiency,and ecology efficiency in new village construction,though reasonable new village planning and design to rebuild the inner-decaying village. |
