| 摘 要： | 对建设项目管理过程的构成进行了介绍,从建设项目可行性研究、设计、施工招标、施工、竣工结算各阶段对建设项目的投资控制与管理进行了阐述,以使投资控制目标能够实现,避免"三超"现象的发生。
