输油管道漏磁检测信号处理研究

摘    要:为了解决输油管道运营中管道腐蚀问题,需定期对输油管道进行无损检测,采用小波变换的方法处理漏磁信号,分析探讨了漏磁检测的原理,指出采用小波变换中的Mallat算法可以有效地对漏磁信号进行处理,使信号便于储存和分析。

Abstract:In order to resolve corrosion questions of oil pipes periodic nondestructive detection is required.According to signals obtained in magnetic flux leakage detection of oil pipe wavelet transform method is adopted for signal processing.In addition principle of magnetic flux leakage detection is further discussed.Author points out that Mallat algorithm in wavelet transform is effective in signal processing and convenient to signal saving and analysis.
