摘    要:以环氧氯丙烷和亚硫酸氢钠为原料合成3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠,探讨了不同的加料顺序及原料的用量对产率的影响,并用红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征。实验表明,环氧氯丙烷过量能使亚硫酸氢钠充分反应,有利于反应产物的提纯和产率的提高,产率为95.1%;而且使得反应时间有所缩短为2h。产物的熔点为253±1℃。

Abstract:Sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propanesulfate was synthesized from epichlorohydrin and sodium bisulfite .The effect of molar ratio of sodium bidulfite to epichlorohydrin and the order of adding material on the yield was investigated .The highest yield is 95.1%.The structure and component of the product was vertified by IR spectrum.
