微创经皮LCP钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折

摘    要:目的探讨微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折的效果。方法总结2007年2月至2010年3月微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折142例,其中胫骨上段37例,中段骨折62例,下段骨折43例。手术均采用MIPPO技术,最大限度保留骨折断端的血运,避免出现骨不连等并发症。结果 131例获得随访,平均12个月(6~20个月)。X线片显示骨折按期愈合125例,延迟愈合6例,平均愈合时间14周,所有病例均无感染、骨不连、钢板松动等并发症。按照Johner-Wruhs方法评价功能,优101例,良17例,可4例,优良率90.08%。结论微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折符合生物力学固定(BO)原则,内固定可靠,有利于骨折的愈合及软组织的修复。特别对于骨骼血运不好的部位的骨折愈合与传统钢板相比,具有明显优势。
