摘    要:针对1 MWth循环流化床锅炉试验台设计,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT6.3,对炉膛内部燃烧进行数值模拟,对不同工况性能进行预测。结果表明:5 m/s为最佳运行风速,循环倍率6为设计最适宜倍率,设计时应适当增加炉膛高度并相应多布置些受热面。

Abstract:The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) Fluent 6.3 software is employed to investigate numerically the combustion process in 1MWth circulation fluidized bed boiler,to predict the design of different performance.The results show that the best running speed is 5m/s,circulation rate for optimum design is 6,so oil-shale circulating fluidized bed boiler is designed,and furnace height should be appropriately increased and more heating surface be arranged.
