摘    要:研究了由1/4波长同轴介质谐振器组成的两个电容耦合式带通滤波器,通过阶梯谐振块连接在一起构成了一种新型外阶梯形独块双工器。根据要求的技术指标,讨论了阶梯谐振块对器件性能参数的影响。并用EDA仿真工具进行了仿真,得到了较为满意的结果。TX和RX滤波器的性能分别是:插损为0.3,0.23dB;带内波动为0.002,0.055dB;驻波比为1.3,1.1;带宽为1741~1768MHz,1834~1861MHz。

Abstract:A kind of new out-step ceramic monoblock duplexer composing of out-step resonance block and two capacitive coupling band-pass filters, the filters are constituted with quarter wave-lengths coaxial dielectric resonators. According to the request, Discussed was the out-step resonance block how to influence on the function parameter of duplexer. Dielectric band-pass duplexer was simulated by the EDA software and gets a more satisfied result.
