双层辉光离子渗钨渗碳阀门密封面特性试验研究

摘    要:对经双层辉光离子渗钨、渗碳和淬火回火处理的2Cr13不锈钢的渗层深度、渗层组织、硬化层硬度分布以及2Cr13阀门密封面的加工量、硬度、静压寿命进行了研究,结果表明,经双层辉光离子渗钨、渗碳和淬火回火处理的2Cr13阀门密封面加工量小、硬度高、静压寿命长。

Abstract:The depth and microstructure of the carburized alloyed layer of 2Cr13 stainless steel by double glow plasma W alloying process ,carburizing,quenching and tempering process,the hardness distributions in the hardened layer were studied. The machining volume and.static pressure lifetime of 2Cr13 valve sealing face were also studied. For 2Cr13 valve sealing face by double glow plasma W alloying process ,carburlzing,quenching and tempering process, the results show its machining volume is small, its hardness is high and its static pressure lifetime is long.
