双低菜籽营养调和油的研制

摘    要:双低菜籽油富含油酸,以双低菜籽油为主研制了两种适合不同人群的调和油,两种产品油酸含量接近50%,不饱和脂肪酸总量达80%以上,脂肪酸组成合理,n-6与n-3 PUFA比例为4.7:1和5.6:1.油品氧化稳定性良好,品质达到国家规定标准,且价格合适.

Abstract:Canola oil is rich in oleic acid. The blend oils for two kind of consumers were prepared mainly from canola oil,oleic acid contents were up to 50% ,and the total unsaturated fatty acids contents were above 80% ,the ratios of n -6 PUFA to n - 3 PUFA were 4.7:1 and 5.6:1, respectively. The blend oils show high antioxidation stability and contain a balanced fatty acids profile,they conform to the standard of edible oil and have an appropriate price.
