新型CuO/ZnO催化剂的制备及其对醛加氢/醇脱氢反应的催化性能

摘    要:开发出以草酸为沉淀剂制备CuO/ZnO催化剂的新方法,并对催化剂的制备条件进行了考察,在优化的制备条件下制备出新型FAH-6催化剂。该催化剂制备新方法克服了传统碳酸钠法所存在的环保和制备过程复杂的问题。对新型草酸法和传统碳酸钠法制备的CuO/ZnO催化剂的性能进行了比较,实验结果表明,草酸法制备的FAH-6催化剂具有晶粒大小均匀、比表面积和孔体积较大的特点,该催化剂比传统碳酸钠法制备的CuO/ZnO催化剂在正丁醛加氢和仲丁醇脱氢反应中表现出更高的催化活性、选择性和稳定性。

Abstract:A new preparation method of CuO/ZnO catalyst using oxalic acid as coprecipitant had been developed.Effects of preparation conditions on catalyst were studied.The new preparation method avoided environmental protection problem and tedious procedure involved in conventional process using sodium carbonate as coprecipitant.Properties of CuO/ZnO catalysts prepared by oxalic acid and sodium carbonate were compared.FAH-6 prepared by oxalic acid method had a relatively larger specific surface area,pore volume,and a more uniform crystallinity.Compared with CuO/ZnO prepared by sodium carbonate,FAH-6 had a relatively high activity,selectivity,and stability for dehydrogenation of sec-butanol and hydrogenation of n-butanal.
