织物洗涤剂去污力测定中改进蛋白污布的性能研究

摘    要:通过改变现用蛋白污布的污液配方,制备了新的蛋白污布,并对其进行洗涤测试实验。实验结果表明,改进蛋白污布洗前白度值的标准偏差为0.28,小于现用蛋白污布的0.44;国标粉对其洗涤差值约是现用蛋白污布的2.5倍;改进蛋白污布的去污测试结果标准偏差为0.45,小于现用蛋白污布的0.96;在对多个实际样品的测试中,改进蛋白污布去污结果的波动程度小于现用蛋白污布;此外,蛋白酶的分档试验结果显示,改进蛋白污布对酶的分档更接近国外同类污布。

Abstract:New type proteinous dirt soiled swatches were prepared by modification of formulation of standard dirt solution;and washing tests were carried out for comparison of performance of swatches for current uses and that of the new prepared swatches.Results showed that,the standard deviation of whiteness index of the new prepared swatches before washing is 0.28,which is lower than that of the swatches for current uses(0.44).Detergency of standard laundry powder measured by using new prepared swatches is 2.5 times of that using the swatches for current uses.Standard deviation of detergency test results using the new prepared swatches is 0.45,which is lower than that using the swatches for current uses(0.96).In test for practices on various detergent samples,fluctuation of test results using the new prepared swatches is less than that using the swatches for current uses.Beside,test results for distinguishing the level of proteinase showed that the test results obtained by using the new prepared swatches are more closed to that obtained by using the swatches obtained from international market.
