摘    要:应用并联技术使1台PLC控制2台并联电梯,以提高电梯运行效率并节约成本.将2台电梯的呼梯信号、井道信号全送至PLC,经PLC内的控制程序与并联调度程序集中处理后向门机系统、变频器和各类显示器适时地发出开关量控制信号,由此对两台电梯实施并联控制.在PLC向变频器发出开关量控制信号同时,为满足电梯运行的要求,安装在曳引电动机轴上编码器向变频器返回脉冲信号,形成速度闭环.

Abstract:Improve the operation efficiency of elevator and reduce the cost by the application of using one PLC to control two shunt-wound elevators. Implement shunt-wound control of the two elevators is realized by following methods: sending the calling signals and phreatic signals to PLC and through the centralized disposal of the control program and shunt-wound attempter program, and then giving on-of control signal to gating system, transducer and all kinds of displays at appropriate time. At the time when PLC sending the on-of control signal to the transducer, in order to meet the demands of the elevator's operation, the encoder which is installed on the tractive electromotor gives back impulse signal to the transducer and thus speed closed loop comes into being.
