大型起重机回转支承钢轮空心度分析

摘    要:对大型起重机回转支承的承载钢轮采用平面应变单元建立有限元模型,并进行分析,结合经典的接触理论和曲梁理论,揭示了采用空心化设计的钢轮,不仅可以增加径向柔度、提高支承的均载效果,更能降低钢轮应力,提高支承的承载能力。随着空心度的增加,钢轮中合成应力的峰值点从接触区内部经过外缘向内缘转移,钢轮强度逐步由接触应力控制转化成由曲梁应力控制。

Abstract:Planer strain element was used for FEA modeling of wheels in the large crane revolving support. Combined with classic contact theory and curve beam theory,the analysis revealed that the hollow wheel design increased radial flexibility and achieved better load equalization,and also reduced wheel stress and enhanced load capacity.
