教育转型:从适应社会到引导社会

摘    要:传统的观点强调教育适应社会,教育随社会转型而转型。这种认识虽然保证了教育转型的社会现实性,但在根本上是一种适应性教育、工具性教育。教育的本体是育人,教育转型的核心是促使人的转型。人是一种超越性存在,是社会的主体和历史的创造者。教育通过培养社会历史活动的主体,创造社会历史,促使社会转型。这是一种主体性教育、超越性教育。由此,教育转型与社会转型的关系从被动适应走向主动超越,从适应社会转型走向引导社会转型。

Abstract:Traditional views emphasize that education should adapt to society and that education transforms with the transformation of the society. Although this point of view ensures the social reality of educational transformation, it is fundamentally a kind of adaptive education or instrumental education. The noumenon of education is to educate people, and the core of educational transformation is to urge people to transform. People who exit as transcendent are the social main body and creators of history. Education creates social history and prompts society to transform by bringing up the main body of social history activities. This is an education of subjectivity and transcendence. Therefore, the relationship between educa- tional transformation and social transformation is on the way from passive adaptation to active transcendence, and from the adapting to social transformation to leading social transformation.
