基于粒子群算法的邯郸市水资源优化配置系统研究

摘    要:随着经济的发展,邯郸市缺水矛盾日益严重,合理配置有限的水资源显得尤为重要。运用多目标规划理论建立一个多水源联合调度的水资源优化配置模型。该模型以经济、社会和环境的最大综合效益为目标,用粒子群算法求解,得到了邯郸市规划年(2020年)3种不同保证率下的水资源优化配置方案,为邯郸市的水资源规划和管理提供了依据。优化结果表明,粒子群算法在邯郸市水资源优化配置中是切实可行的。

Abstract:With the development of economy,the conflict of water resources of Handan City is increasingly serious,reasonable allocation of limited water resources is becoming particularly important.The paper built up the model of multi-headwater jointed dispatch which based on the principle of multi-objective programming.According to the model which the goal was integrally social,economical and environmental benefits and which was solved by the PSO,the results of water resources optimal allocation of Handan City for benchmark year 2020,under three designing assurance rate are obtained.The results were available in water resource planning and management.The results show that both the model and method are practical and suitable for studying on optimized water allocation of Handan City.
