多膜水处理流量匹配控制系统仿真研究

摘    要:多膜水净化装置中,水流量达到匹配能够使潜水泵的工作效率得以提高。建立水流量匹配问题的数学模型,采用增量PID控制算法,通过MATLAB对模型进行仿真实验。结果表明,模型建立正确反应了水流量匹配问题,控制系统超调量小,反应速度快,实现了较好的控制效果。

Abstract:The water filtering device uses membranes to produce clear water.Waterflow matches the pump rate can make the pump work effectively.Establishing math model of water flow matching,using PID increment controlling algorithm and doing the model simulation experiment by MATLAB.The result shows the correction of the math model,and PID increment controller has fast response and small overshoot,the model achieves good control effects.
