Water Diversion Project on Environmental Impact Analysis

Water is an important component of the natural environment and the most active environmental impact factor.The construction of water diversion projects,intervening original balance of nature,water balance and the hydrological cycle is bound to cause environmental changes.This paper introduces the situation of the domestic and international major water diversion project construction,analyzing the advantageous and adverse effects of water transfer project on environment,and pointing out the construction of water conservancy project,especially the construction of water diversion projects should respect the nature,taking a more cautious attitude,and restoring the ancient holistic,comprehensive,dialectical scientific thinking in the Chinese wisdom to avoid serious ecological environmental problems.
