干型山葡萄酒酿造试验

摘    要:用广西都安野生毛葡萄与西北农大提供的优质野葡萄品系(西农2号)进行嫁接,用该嫁接品种进行干型山葡萄酒酿造试验,产品质量达到中档水平,但有微咸味,酒中总酸实际中降至7.8g/L,与理论降酸量7.0g/L尚有差距,有待探索。

Abstract:The wild grape in Guangxi Du'an grafted with quality wild grape species(Xi'nong No.2)provided by Northwest Agriculture University,and the grafted species were used for trial brewing of dry wild grape wine,as a consequence,the product quality reached medium level.The wine tasted a bit salty and the total acids in wine only dropped to7.8g /L in practice,some distance from theoret-ical acid reduction level7.0g /L,and the causations were in need of further research.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
