摘    要:分析消音器前盖冲压工艺,确定工艺方案及模具结构,论述了级进模的设计过程,同时还介绍了模具关键部位的结构设计。实践证明:模具结构合理,生产的零件符合要求。

Abstract:The stamping process for forming a muffler front cover was determined based on analysis on the manufacturability of the product and a progressive die was developed. The die design procedure and structure of key die components such as floating roof device and guide units were described.
