| 摘 要： | 描述了一种应用于数控车削加工中心上的CNC旋压成形工艺。该成形工艺充分利用了数控加上中心的柔性可对零件的最终形状、成形的轨迹、旋压的转速、滚轮的进给速度等参数进行调整,获得最佳的工艺参数。它可以旋压各种不同形状的零件,具有加工效率高、劳动强度低、无须进行切削加工等特点。

| Abstract: | A CNC spin forming process applicable to the numerical control turning center is described. Making full use of the flexibility of this NC machining center, this forming process can make adjustments of all the parameters,such as the final shape of parts, forming course, spinning speed and roller feeding speed,to obtain the optimum process parameters. It can be used to spin form parts of different shapes and is characterized by a high machining efficiency,low labor intensity and requiring no metal cutting operations. |
