| Abstract: | In this paper, we will discuss how to build E-procurement system for automotive manufacturer with BPR tool, so as to achieve distinct improvement in cost, quality and speed of raw material purchasing. And more the local automotive manufacturer could continuously lower the vehicle cost , enhance their market competitiveness and gain more margin. |
