| 摘 要： | 合成了一种新型的适用于耐热聚氨酯浇注型弹性体的扩链剂，研究了用聚酯，TDI、3，3′－二氯－4，4′－二苯基甲烷二胺（MOCA）／4，4'-二苯甲烷－双马来酰亚胺（BMI）扩莲剂制备聚氨酯弹性体（PUE）的方法，讨论了合成工艺，介绍了BMI－MOCA扩链剂硫化聚氨酯弹性体的性能，探讨了BMI－MOCA的适用性及其优缺点，采用BMI－MOCA为扩链剂容易合成高硬度，耐温性好的聚氨酯弹性体，新的扩链剂为聚氨酯的配方设计，提供了更为广泛的选择性。

| Abstract: | A New chain extender,which can be used as polyurethane elastomer,was synthesized. The effects of BMIMOCA/MOCA ratio on the physical properties and the heat air ageing of the PU elastomer were discussed. The service life of resulting PU is six times as long as previous ones extender with MOCA. By using sulphidizing reagents BMIMOCA, the technique is feasible; polyurethane has been higher heat resistance properties and the shore hardness. |
