摘    要:在综放工作面过向斜构造区时,为加固破碎、裂隙发育的煤层顶板,采取了工作面超前进行深孔全封闭注浆技术。通过现场钻孔窥视煤体内部结构和破坏范围,确定采用水泥浆和低黏度化学浆联合加固方式。结果表明:采用水泥浆可封闭1 mm以上裂隙,同时隔断化学浆表层渗透通道。采用无机与有机材料混合加注的方式,整体注浆效果比使用单一材料注浆好。经巷道向工作面超前深孔全封闭注浆,使注浆施工与回采工作面生产互不影响,对向斜构造区域煤体进行了有效加固,保证了工作面在该构造区域安全快速推进。
