低温甲醇洗装置的设计改进及运行评价

摘    要:介绍低温甲醇洗国产化工艺的第一次扩能改造情况。在总结现有低温甲醇洗装置实际运行经验的基础上,针对扩能改造的瓶颈问题和对冷量平衡的深入研究,制定改造设计方案。项目实施后,低温甲醇洗再生系统处理量超出原设计54%,各项指标正常,达到扩能增产的要求。

Abstract:This paper introduced the vamp of the first capacity-expansion of Reetisol employing the nationalized process technology. Based upon the actual running experience of existing Rectisol units,the bottlenecking problems in capacity-expansion and cool balance are deeply studied, the revamp scheme formulated. After the implementation, the handling capacity of Rectisol regenerative system is 54% higher than that in the original design and each and every targets normal meeting the requirement'for capacity-expansion and output-increment.
