| 摘 要： | 为了更加准确、高效地利用统计过程控制技术监控生产过程,在对制造企业SPC管理深入调研和分析的基础上,对其业务进行了优化、整合,运用数组变量、计数器以及数据循环处理方法构造了异常识别的核心算法,采用组件化的开发方法实现了制造企业SPC管理信息系统,并已在一家大型制造企业投入使用,效果显著。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of better supervising each stage of the process with Statistical Process Control(SPC) technique, it optimaizes the manufacturing enterprises SPC business based on the investigation and analysis, realizes the core calculating of abnormity identifying via the array variable, counter and recurrent method. The component clustering is applied in manufacturing enterprises statistical process control management information system (MESPCMIS). Furthermore, quering and statistical information are provided to managers and other relative personnel. MESPCMIS has been successfully put into use in a large manufacturing enterprise. |
