纳米晶BaTiO_3粉体的合成研究

摘    要:以国内蕴藏量丰富的毒重石为钡源,工业钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成出BaTiO3纳米晶粉体,对其 BaTiO3干凝胶的热分解行为进行了表征,并研究了凝胶陈化时间及灼烧温度对BaTiO3纳米晶粉体粒度的影响。利用化学分析法测定了BaTiO3纳米晶的Ba/Ti比及主含量,并与用试剂级原料合成的产品进行了比较。

Abstract:Using witherite as barium source and industrial Ti (OC4H9)4 as titanium source, the powder of nanometer crystal BaTiO3 were synthesized by sol-gel process. The thermal decomposition behaviour for the dried BaTiO3 gel were characterized, and the influences of digestion time and ignition temperature on the size of nanometer crystal BaTiO3 powder have been investigated. The Ba/Ti ratio of nanometer crystal BaTiO3 and its main content were determined by chemical analysis. The comparison was made of the above-mentioned powders with the product synthesized from the corresponding raw materials of chemical reagent grade.
