基于ANSYS的舰载电子机柜振动可靠性研究

摘    要:针对舰船在运行、作战等环境下引起的振动导致舰载电子设备出现故障,舰载武器无法正常运转等问题,采用有限元分析方法对舰载电子机柜进行模态分析,依据有效模态质量和模态振型对舰载机柜的薄弱环节进行分析。提出了提高舰载机载抗振性能的几项措施并进行了仿真验证,提高了舰载武器系统工作的可靠性。此外,该方法可广泛用于舰载印制板、零部件等薄弱环节的研究,为后续的抗振优化提供可靠依据。

Electronic Ship-based Cabinets Reliability under Vibration Based on ANSYS

Abstract:Aiming shipborne electronic equipment failure and weapon system against functioning caused by vibration when ships running or fighting, we used finite element method to carry modal analysis of ship- borne electronic cabinet and analyzed weaknesses in the carrier-based cabinet based on effective modal quality and vibration mode. Some measures of vibration resistance performance of the cabinet were made to improve reliability of shipborne weapon system which was verified by simulation. In addition, this method can be widely used in the weaknesses of the other component parts, and provide a reliable basis for the sub- sequent optimization of vibration.
