摘    要:根据液压支架在综采工作面中实际存在的互控、协调动作的要求,研究设计了以单片机为核心的分布式多计算机控制系统,分析了几种常见的多机通信结构及每种结构的性能特点,重点介绍了CAN多上位机通信总线控制系统的原理、结构、功能和控制方法.并通过联机实验证明了上位机和下位机之间、下位机和下位机之间的可靠的通信及互控功能。

Abstract:According to requirements of interacting control and coordinated movements of the hydraulic support in fully mechanized coal face, the paper designs the distributed computers control system which takes a single chip processor as the core, expounds the several common multicomputer communication structure and the characteristics of each type of structure, mainly introduces the principle, structure, function and control method of CAN multi-master communication bus control system.Through the online experiment proves that the upper comput- er and the lower computer, the lower computer and the lower computer have dependable control function.
