摘    要:探讨了纺丝油剂、卷曲工艺条件对纤维亲水性及抱合力的影响,并针对非织造布生产企业对纤维亲水性和高抱合力的要求,选择纺丝油剂及卷曲条件,试生产了落水时间2.88、卷曲数18个,25mm的丙纶短纤维,产品经试用满足非织造布生产要求,表明研制开发的生产工艺可应用于工业化生产。

Abstract:The influences of spin finish and crimping process on high cohesive hydrophilic PP staple fiber are discussed.According to the high cohesive and hydrophilic fiber requested by the nonwoven plants, the suitable spin finish and crimping process are selected to produce PP staple fiber with immersion time 2.8 s and number of crimp 18/25 mm.The techniques developed could be applied for industrial production.
