摘    要:岩藻多糖,被称为墨角藻多糖、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯、褐藻糖胶、褐藻多糖硫酸酯等,主要来源于褐藻,是一类含有L-岩藻糖和硫酸基团的多糖。它具有多种生物学功能,如抗凝血、抗肿瘤、抗血栓、抗病毒、抗氧化和增强机体免疫机能等,因而被广泛地应用于医药领域和现代食品工业。文中概述了岩藻多糖和低分子量岩藻多糖的制备,结构组成,生物学功能以及其毒性的研究进展。

Abstract:Fucoidan,also called fucan,fucosan or sulfated fucan,refers to a type of polysaccharide which contains L-fucose and sulfate ester groups,and is mainly derived from brown seaweed.It has been widely used in medical and food industry for its various biological activities such as anticoagulant,antitumor,antioxidant and immunomodulatory activity.We summarized the research progress on the preparation of fucoidan and low weight molecular fucoidan.The structure,bioactivity and toxicity of fucoidan were also discuss...
