| 摘 要： | 岩藻多糖,被称为墨角藻多糖、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯、褐藻糖胶、褐藻多糖硫酸酯等,主要来源于褐藻,是一类含有L-岩藻糖和硫酸基团的多糖。它具有多种生物学功能,如抗凝血、抗肿瘤、抗血栓、抗病毒、抗氧化和增强机体免疫机能等,因而被广泛地应用于医药领域和现代食品工业。文中概述了岩藻多糖和低分子量岩藻多糖的制备,结构组成,生物学功能以及其毒性的研究进展。 |
