| 摘 要： | 基因组改组技术是一种以原生质体融合为手段,实现多基因组重组的育种策略。文中从基因组改组基本原理出发,以相关研究成果为基础,系统介绍了基因组改组的策略与方法,并对该技术未来发展方向予以展望。

| Abstract: | The technology of genome shuffling is a breeding strategy for the recombination of multi-genome by protoplast fusion.Starting with the basic principle,this review introduced strategies and methods of genome shuffling systematically based on the relevant research results.The perspective on the development of this technology in the future is also discussed. |
