高职创新创业教育融入专业教育的研究与实践——以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例

高职创新创业教育存在同质化、精英化、表面化、创业与就业分离化等问题,文章首先对高职院校就业创业的数据进行对比分析,在分析高职创新创业教育实施难点的基础上,提出创新教育融入专业教育是高职创新创业教育发展的关键。结合陕西铁路工程职业技术学院创新创业教育实践,分析创新创业教育融入专业教育的途径。

Research and practice on integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education in higher vocational education: taking Shaanxi Railway Institute as an example

Higher vocational education has many problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and it is becoming homogenous, elitist, superficial, and entrepreneurship-employment separating. Firstly, this paper makes a contrast and analysis on the employment data of higher vocational colleges. And then, it puts forward a view that it is very important to blend innovation education in professional education on the basis of the research of difficulties of innovation and entrepreneurship education implementation in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Shaanxi Railway Institute, this paper makes an analysis and research on the approach of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education.
