According to the characteristics of the smoke and dust emission in each process of cast pipe production,the corresponding dust removal design method was elaborated from the aspects of transfer of molten iron in the blast furnace,the transportation of the mixer furnace,the smelting of the intermediate frequency furnace,the spheroidizing at station,the pouring of centrifugal machine,the sand injection of blow station,the heating of annealing furnace,Zn spraying on the machine,internal grinding on polishing station,the spraying on painting machine and the core making machine.And a dust collector that in line with the process was equipped to make various dust removal programs comply with national,local and industry standards and regulations on environmental protection.It reduced production and operation costs,saved energy,reduced labor intensity of workers,and improved working conditions and environment.
