Abstract:A power plant plans to install 3 layers of catalyst,in order to improve the operation performance of the unit SCR denitrification unit,the power plant from the flow field and concentration field two aspects of the unit SCR denitrification unit comprehensive treatment.SCR numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the denitrification unit,combined with the cold state test of the internal flow field,the optimization scheme is modified by simulation.According to the numerical simulation,it is found that the inlet section of the first layer catalyst moves up to the top of the reserved layer after adding the reserved layer catalyst.Cold flow field test results show that the flow field is well distributed,but the flow field in the wall area of 1.5 m section above the upper layer catalyst is obviously larger.According to the numerical simulation results,the flow field of the catalyst layer is optimized to ensure that the flow field distribution of the inlet section of the catalyst layer is still uniform.
