丙烷-空气预混火焰在三角形狭缝内传播特性

摘    要:用计算流体力学方法对以丙烷为燃料的预混火焰进行数值模拟。研究预混火焰在等边三角形狭缝中传播时,狭缝尺寸、壁面初温、火焰初速对火焰淬熄长度的影响,并拟合火焰淬熄长度的计算公式。结果表明:狭缝尺寸、壁面初温以及火焰初速3个因素均与淬熄长度呈正相关。随着火焰初速的变快,淬熄长度增加放缓。在较高的火焰初速下,狭缝尺寸是影响淬熄长度的主要因素。拟合了较准确的淬熄长度计算公式。

Abstract:The premixed flame fueled with propane wassimulated by computational fluid dynamics. The effects of slit size, initialwall temperature and initial flame velocity on the quenching length are studiedwhen premixed flame propagates in an equilateral triangular slit, and fittingcalculation formula of quenching length is gotten. The results show that thesize of the slit, the initial temperature of the wall and the initial velocityof the flame are positively correlated with the quenching length. With theincrease of flame initial velocity, quenching length increases slowly. Athigher initial flame velocity, the size of the slit is the main factoraffecting the quenching length. According to simulate data, a more accurateformula for quenching length calculation is fitted.
