混杂纤维复合材料横向剪切模量和体积模量的预测

摘    要:利用新型广义自洽模型推导混杂纤维复合材料有效模量的预测公式。模型假定各相纤维的共焦点椭圆柱体细观单元嵌在同一宏观上均匀化的复合材料中。通过解析函数的保角变换与罗朗级数展开,获得了相应问题的解。根据复合材料平均应力与应变关系,获得了混杂纤维复合材料横向剪切模量和体积模量的预测公式。该模型能够考虑纤维截面影响,所得理论值与实验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:By using an improved generalized self-consistent model, a group of equations to predict effective modulus of multiphase fiber composites was obtained. In this model, the combined confocal elliptical cylinder unit cells are embedded in an infinite homogenization composite. By using the conformal mapping technique and the Laurent series expansion, a group of equations to predict effective bulk modulus and transverse shear modulus of multiphase fiber composites was obtained. The model considers the effect of fiber section shape and makes theoretical values in good agreement with experimental results.
