| 摘 要： | 叙述了采用模糊集合理论，通过相关分析法，建立系统预测模型的原理、方法及步骤，设计了以电弧电压为控制对象的实验系统，获得了该系统的预测模型、控制规则及预测表。本研究为焊接电弧实现人工智能控制提供了理论根据，也为复杂系统的建模提供了一种简便易行的方法。

| Abstract: | The principle and procedure for identification of forecast model with fuzzy mathematic and correlation method are discussed. An appropriat experimental set-up for welding arc voltage is introduced. The forecast model, control rules and predicated output are obtained according to system input and output data. It provides the theoretical basis to realize the intelligent control for welding are voltage. So it is a practical method for modeling complex control system. |
