摘    要:PEM燃料电池建模不论对电池研制还是操作都具有重要意义。该文针对控制的需要,集中研究质子交换膜燃料电池膜阻抗部分的模型。首先根据机理研究结果分析,质子交换膜的阻抗性质可以简化为电流密度和工作温度的函数关系,然后以复杂的机理分析模型为基础,结合经验的数据分析技术,对膜阻抗提出了适合控制的改进型简化模型。最后对多组不同实验数据的验证结果表明,该膜阻抗模型可以在电流密度为0~0.9A/cm的范围内准确的预测各种Nafion117膜的阻抗特性。

Abstract:Modeling fuel cell would be of great utility to researchers and operators, This paper focuses on modeling membrane resistance of the PEMFC for control design. It is concluded that the resistance of the proton exchange membrane can be simplified to the function of the current density and the temperature according to some mechanistic researches first, Then, based on the complex mechanistic model, an improved and simplified model of the membrane resistance is developed by using the empirical modeling technique. Based on some groups of experimental data, it could be found that our model accurately predicted all Nafion117 membranes resistances in the current density range of 0 to 0.9 A/cm^2.
