高空作业车工作平台速度处理方法研究

摘    要:为提高高空作业车的作业舒适度,提出了完整的针对工作平台的速度处理方法。该方法采用模块化设计思想,将速度处理分为行程末段、周速率、匀速过程和加减速过程4个模块,在各模块中采用相应的速度算法,实现了对速度的精确控制。该方法在高空作业车上进行了实际测试,试验结果表明,平台在行程末端、加减速过程中运行平稳,取得了预期效果。

Abstract:Aiming at improving comfort of the aerial platform vehicle,the complete method of speed processing was designed,which was divided to four models using different speed algorithm,including stroke end,circular speed,uniform speed and acceleration and deceleration processing.Precise speed processing was realized.The actual test was taken on aerial platform vehicle.The test results indicate that the platform works stably and reaches the expected result during the process of stroke end,acceleration and decelerati...
