离心铸造WC/钢组织结构的研究

摘    要:选用GCr15轴承钢为基体,WC颗粒为增强相,采用离心铸造工艺制备WC/钢复合材料—LGJW20。用金相分析、电镜扫描(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及能谱分析(EDS)等方法研究材料铸态的相变过程及显微组织。研究结果表明:LGJW20显微组织中基体主要为细小的珠光体组织,基体中析出大量M23C6及MC型等细小碳化物颗粒;WC原始颗粒以各种复式碳化物的形式析出,分别形成枝状或鱼骨状共晶碳化物、网状二次碳化物及大块状碳化物。

Abstract:The WC/steel matrix composite LGJW20 was prepared by centrifugal casting with bearing steel GCr15 as matrix material and WC particles as hard phase.The process of phase transformation and microstructure of as-cast composite were investigated by using OM,SEM,XRD and EDS.The results show that the matrix in LGJW20 microstructure is pearlite,a large number of fine carbide particles such as M23C6 and MC are precipitated in the steel matrix.Multiple carbides are precipitated from WC particles,which form many diff...
