基于单神经元的模糊控制器在电加工中的应用

摘    要:针对电火花加工过程中间隙放电的状态无法用数学工具精确描述的特点,通过设置间隙放电的门槛电压值,建立了常规的模糊控制器;并在此基础上提出了基于单神经元的模糊控制规则在线自调整的新型模糊控制算法;根据对象的变化,使用单神经元在线调整常规模糊控制查询表,即在线间接调整了模糊控制的控制规则。利用WINDOWS系统的多线程技术,采用VisualC++开发环境实现了具体算法,建立了基于微型机的新型电火花加工模糊控制器。

Abstract:Because that the clearance discharging of electro discharge machining (EDM) cannot be depicted by mathematics tools ,a routine fuzzy controller is built, through setting up the doorsill of the clearance discharging. On the base of this, an novel fussy con- trol algorithm of adjustable fuzzy rules based on a single cell is proposed in this paper, which is used for modifying the fussy control query table on- line based on the variety of the object. Using multi- thread technology of WINDOWS system and Visual C++ ex- ploitation environment to realize the algorithm ,furthermore establishing the novel EDM fussy controller based on microcomputer.
