| 摘 要： | 合理开发利用地下空间是缓解城市压力、增强城市功能、改善城市环境的必要手段。目前我国城市地下空间开发尚处于起步阶段,需要努力寻找对策以进一步提高城市地下空间开发利用水平和效益。在系统分析城市地下空间开发的综合效益,即分析地下空间开发的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的基础上,探讨了我国城市地下空间开发利用需要努力的方向,包括建立完善的政策和法规、提高人性化设计水平、建立封闭性循环系统、合理利用矿山采空区、进行大深度开发和保护性开发等,为提高我国城市地下空间开发利用水平提供有益的借鉴。
