陶瓷膜一步清洗法可行性研究

摘    要:对大庆油田采油五厂ZrO2陶瓷膜超滤处理油田采出污水中试装置进行了一步清洗法的可行性研究,讨论和分析了3种一步清洗方案的效果。研究表明,全渗透清洗时间长短和药剂的加入方式对清洗效果有重要的影响。试验在全渗透清洗20 min,无渗透清洗100 min,药剂一次性加入的清洗条件下,能够获得高、低压端通量恢复率分别高于75%和90%,无反冲下膜正常运行时间不少于50 h,反冲下运行260 h。清洗方案合适的条件下,一步清洗法是完全可行、可靠的,具有操作过程简单、成本低、节约能源等优点,工业应用前景良好。

Discussion on practicability of one-step cleaning of ceramic membrane

Abstract:The practicability treatment of the oilfield produced of one-step cleaning of ZrO2 ceramic water in No.5 Oil Production Plant of membrane during the uhrafiltration Daqing Oilfield Company Ltd. was studied through a pilot test, and then, the effects of three one-step cleaning methods were discussed and analyzed. The results showed that, the cleaning effect of ceramic membrane was greatly influenced by cleaning time of complete percolation and dosing patterns of agent. Under the condition of 20-min complete-penetration cleaning, 100-min no penetration cleaning and once addition of agent, the recovery rates of membranne flux at high and low pressure terminals were above 75% and 90% respectively, and the normal operation time was no less than 50 h without backwashing and was 260 h with backwashing. It could draw a conclusion that, when the operation condition was appropriate, one-step cleaning is a practicable and reliable method with many advantages such as: easy to operate, low cost, energy saving and so on, which had a bright prospect in industrial application.
