浙贝母精油化学成分GC/MS分析和抑菌活性检测

摘    要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取浙贝母精油,GC/MS分析法结合保留指数分析法鉴定精油化学成分,琼脂扩散法检测精油的抑菌活性。首次鉴定出浙贝母精油的15种化学成分,占精油总离子流色谱峰面积的97.48%,主要成分为正十六酸(53.46%),(E,E)-9,12-十八烷二烯酸甲酯(26.96%)和油酸(9.34%)。浙贝母精油对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均无抑制效果,对白色念珠茵有中等抑制作用。

Abstract:The essential oil from dried bulbs of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. obtained by hydrodistil lation is analyzed by GC-MS together with Kovats retention index. The results show that major constituents of this oil are n-Hexadecanoic acid (53. 46%), (E, E)-9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (26.96%) and Oleic Acid (9.34%) and 15 chemical components are identified which represents 97. 5% of the total peak. The result tested by agar diffusion method shows that the oil has a moderate antifungal activity against Canidia albicans and no antimicrobial activity to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
