摘    要:针对远离实验室使用的通用仪器仪表难于开展计量测试的问题,在LabVIEW环境下利用PXI平台建立通用仪器仪表综合检定系统来实现现场计量测试。根据虚拟仪器的设计思想,将NI功能模块利用PXI总线连接起来,在模块化软件控制下组合使用,采用VISA函数进行USB、RS-232、GPIB等各种接口的仪器通信,实现示波器、信号发生器、频率计、数字万用表等通用仪器的检测。该检定系统具有机动灵活、准确可靠、通用性强、可扩展性好等特点,能满足通用仪器仪表现场计量的要求。

Abstract:At present,the long-distance universal instruments are difficult to test.This paper proposed a comprehensive calibration system design for universal instruments,which can realize locale test based on LabVIEW & PXI.According to the virtual instrument principle,the NI modules and the bus of PXI can be connected and used under the control of modular software.Communication was accomplished by USB,RS-232 and GPIB interface with VISA.The designed system can realize the test of oscillograph,signal generator,cymome...
